Do you remove the animals?
We handle the cleanup once they're gone. If they're still active, have them removed first, and we'll point out the gaps and entry points we see during the inspection.
Can't I just add insulation on top?
New insulation over droppings traps the smell and the contamination. It needs to be cleaned out first.
Is the cleanup safe for my family?
We wear protective gear and keep the work sealed off in the attic. Contaminated material is bagged or vacuumed straight outside and hauled away.
How much does an attic cleanout cost?
It depends on the size of the attic and how much contamination there is. After the free inspection you get a written price before any work starts.
